BAYON[]

The Bayon is a rank 3 monster that appears on higher floors. Each Bayon has unique and different abilities and strengths as they can use essences of other monsters. They rarely drop a material required for the tier 8 Immortality Imprint. There is a theory that Bayons are very ancient explorers who died in the labyrinth.

(P)(A) - Transcendence - Transcendence is both a passive and active ability. It passively buffs all passive skills by making them 1.5x more potent. When used as an active ability, it enhances the next skill used and gives unique additional effects.

  • Giantization [ Transcendence (A) ] - A physique bonus is applied in proportion to strength rather than a fixed value.
  • Leap [ Transcendence (A) ] - [Can be used in midair] and [The travel time is greatly reduced]
  • Swing [ Transcendence (A) ] - [Tripled Attack Range]
  • Flesh Burst [ Transcendence (A) ] - [Explodes after 3 seconds] and [Explosion damage is significantly increased] (Around 35x more damage). There is heavy recoil after using it and afterwards that sends the user flying back and [All defense stats are temporarily sealed] including [Pain Tolerance].
  • Eye of the Storm [ Transcendence (A) ] - Now pulls a single target within a 20-meter radius towards the user.
  • Liability of Risk [ Transcendence (A) ] - [In exchange for the loss of the damage immunity effect of Probabilistic Retaliation, activation odds are fixed at 100%.]
  • Iron Fortress [ Transcendence (A) ] - [Evolving Shell is temporarily changed to Transformative Shell.] Transformative Shell is unable to be turnt off until the user is out of Soul Power and gives 1,2,3, or 4 [Special Effects] dependent if the user has 70, 350, 750, or 1500 Physical Resistance respectfully. Known Special effects are:

Blessing of the Wind - [All damage received is increased by 70% but receives complete immunity to the wind attribute]

The Hanged Man - “[Soul power consumption is increased by 25 times. You share all damage taken. Your health cannot fall below 1%.]”
Demon Predator - [When defeating dark attribute monsters, temporarily absorb their abilities.]
Blood of the Fighter - [When dealing damage with your fists, the damage is increased by 15X][1]

BELLARIOS[]

Bellarios resembles an Eastern Dragon, which is in the company of "Hellsmith", another monster that looks like a goat-faced blacksmith with a hammer in one hand and a bag of red lava liquid on its back. He is located in the Dragon Mountains in the center of the "Dark Continent" Floor 7. The Exp. taken is +7.

He is a Level 3 Monster with a specialized ability to defend against magic damage. Statistics:

  • Mana Resistance +200.
  • Sensitivity to all attributes +30. (water, earth, wind and fire.)

The ability (P) is "Ring of Circulation". When a monster of rank 3 or higher dies within the radius, there is a chance for the stat to increase. Similar to Manticore's "Inheritance", where statistics increase by consuming stones but with a crucial difference and that is that "There is No Limit". As the stat increases, the activation chance decreases, so it barely increases after the total exceeds 400.

There is an activation mechanism in the "Circulation Ring":

  1. If the defeated monster is within a range of 1m, the chance of increasing physical stats increases significantly.
  2. If it is within a 5m radius, it is completely random.
  3. If you fall within a radius of more than 10m, you receive a probability correction of the statistics related to the skills.

A Deep Sea Giant is a rank 3 monster that appears in the hidden area of the 6th floor in Atlante.


(P) - Primordial Cell - This ability makes transformation-type abilities (Such as Giantization and Blood of Giants) drain half as much MP and increases the highest stat by 1.5x[5]

(A) - Soul Dive - [Soul Power is regenerated in proportion to the Soul Power consumed.] It is a MP recovery skill which doesn't consume MP while it is active. The skill has a cooldown time of thrity minutes. [5]

(A) - Blood of Giants - The transformation active skill of the Deep Sea Giant. Unlike Giantization which focuses on increasing threat level, Blood of Giants focuses on giving a ton of physical stats, greater than Giantization since it is a rank 3 essence. One fatal flaw of this essence is it does not work with Union, making clothes not grow with the user.[6] One solution is stretchy magic underwear.

OGRE[]

One of the most physically strong and durable Rank 3 monsters.

In spite of having the stats and skills any tank would die for getting, it wasn't part of Bjorn final built due to its high adquisition difficulty.

For a start, it requires a party of at least 3rd and 4th rank explorers to defeat, and even then essence drop rate is low.

Additionally, the Ogre can drop up to seven different colors of essence, each with its own active skill, with the yellow one apparently being the best according to Bjorn.

Having to go through the ordeal of defeating an Ogre to get the desired skill is so difficult that most players would find it more rational to focus on the extreme tanking route and developing a damage dealer party member instead.

The red essence that Bjorn obtained has the following stats and skills:

(P) - Iron Skin - Double physical resistance and quadruple it for slash attacks

(A) - Swing - A powerful swing with a blunt weapon that increases significantly in proportion to muscle strength.

(A) - Curl Up - For Three Minutes, the user cannot move and Natural Regeneration and All Resistances increase x20 and until the end of combat, its stats increase significantly relative to the amount of damage taken while curled up. This skill has a cooldown of 30 minutes.[7]

SPEAR DIPPER[]

A grade 3 monster that can be encountered with a very extreme probability when diving deep into a specific area of ​​the 6th floor sea. His statistics are unknown but it can be confirmed that they are high (Owner; Ainar Fenelin)

(P) - [Speciesist] - When attacking someone who is not the same species as the user, increase damage scaling towards scaling proportionally to the duration of the battle. When you attack the same species, you get the opposite effect.

(A) - "Trident" - When using a spear to attack, deal the same damage to two adjacent targets. If there are no additional targets, all three strikes will hit the single enemy.

  • There is no Cooldown on this skill.
  • Low MP consumption.
  • Very good performance if synchronized with the "Slayer's Imprint".





STORM GUSH[]

A Storm Gush is a crustacean thats over 5 meters tall, covered in thick, hard shells, and resembles a lizardman in basic form. It also has a protruding snout, a long tail for balance, and stands on 2 legs, wielding a trident as a weapon. It is considered a boss monster and usually needs around 30 people to defeat. It has incredible physical resistance and regeneration.

Weapon Skills - Similar to how high tier vampires can use dark magic that aren't considered [Skills], the Storm Gush can use weapon skills that boost various combat stats like critical hit rate, evasion, and defense.

(A) - [Eye of the Storm] - When the Storm Gush stomps, it casts Eye of the Storm which creates a whirlwind within a 5m radius that sucks everything in. It lasts 5 seconds and does not effect characters that weigh over 1,000 kg.

(A) - [Dragon Vein] - When the Storm Gush turns the ground red, it casts Dragon Vein, exploding a pillar of air which deals a powerful burst of damage and generates a [Whirlpool] at the marked location afterwards. If the whirlpool hits someone, they'll float in the air until someone helps them and they will lose MP in proportion to the time they're in the air. It does not send users who are over 1,000kg into the air but they will still lose MP.

(A) - [Tyrants Roar] - An AoE attack with a 10m radius that stuns for up to 2 seconds. The time is reduced based on magic resistance and mental stats.

(A) - [Stormblood] - A berserk skill that temporarily boosts regeneration and physical stats.

(A) - [Rain Prayer]- When the Storm Gush reaches 70%, it casts Rain Prayer which creates rain. If the Storm Gush gets hit by the rain, their regeneration and overall physical stats greatly increase, while characters hit get inflicted with various debuffs.

(A) - [Storm Summon] - When the Storm Gush reaches 40%, it casts Storm Summon which absorbs the surrounding wind to recover MP. If the surrounding air is filled with rainwater, it can also regenerate massive amounts of HP. Additionally, during a raid, it will create a tsunami.[8]

(A) - [Priest of the Storm] - When the Storm Gush reaches 10%, it casts Priest of the Storm which gives three special effects. The first effect is temporary invincibility until the skill gauge is fully charged. During this state of invincibility, the Storm Gush cannot move. The second effect occurs once the casting is complete as the caster gains a large amount of defense stats. The third effect is an AoE attack that occurs until the mode ends that creates a massive storm that deals constant damage.[9]

(P) - [Origin] - A passive skill that greatly increases natural regeneration. When in contact with seawater, natural regeneration increases. The longer the duration, the higher the increase similar to compound interest. There are also additional effects.[10]

VANDEMON[]

Even though it’s considered on the lower end between rank 3 monsters, due to its certain spawning conditions, encountering one is a challenge, making it a sort of ‘rare species’ monster. It wields No.687: Siege Slaughterer. It has strength similar to or greater than an Ogre.[11]

According to Hansu Lee, Vandemon always drops an essence if defeated by three people, making him an especially peculiar monster in Dungeon and Stone.

Although Hansu Lee claims that it can be defeated with three people, the reactions of the other members of Watcher of the Round Table indicate that something like that is considered impossible for other players even in cheat mode.

VOL-HERCHAN[]

The Vol-Herchan is a very physically tanky rank 3 monster.

(P) - Evolving Shell - The passive skill applies a different effect when Physical Resistance reach 70, 350, 750, and 1,500.

  • 1st Stage (70) - [Your Physical Resistance statistic is over 70. A 50% resistance is given against sword-type weapons only.]

Also known as Sword Invulnerability and the reason why this essence is used to counter auras. An aura is classified as sword-type unconditionally and with this skill, the crazy performance of 90% is reduced to 45%.

  • 2nd Stage (350) - Penetration damage is reduced by half.
  • 3rd Stage (750) - TBA

(A) - Iron Fortress - The active skill increases the effects of [Evolved Armor] by 1.5 times. This makes the first stage resist sword-type weapons by 75% and reduce penetration damage by 75% as well. This caps out at 85% [12]
