Although once a mere dominion, the world’s sole stronghold, Rafdonia, was transformed into humanity’s final home as survivors flocked to it following the apocalypse. This stronghold consisted of fourteen districts.[1]

DISTRICTS[]

Karnon, District 1[]

District 1 is the royal capital of Karnon, where the royal family and the vested class resides. Its most prominent trait is that no commoner is allowed to enter without permission.[2]

It is an underground basement with no windows and bright flames everywhere.[5]

The Gold Soul Repository has triple numbers of numbered items.[6]

Kommelby, District 2 - 5[]

Kommelby is the name for Sectors 2 to 5, which surrounds Karnon like a belt. Located on the outskirts of the royal capital, many refers to it casually as the free market.[7]

That is how commercially prosperous this place is within the city. Inhabited by Rafdonia’s middle-class, many artisans and shops are concentrated here.[8]

Gnome Tree, District 6

The farming area called Gnome Tree was created in the holy land of the dragon tribe.[9]

A road stretches straight and a wide-open green landscape is spread on both sides with the breeze that carries the scent of unripe grains and fruits. The most common sight is fairies farming.[10]

A mountain is located in the center of Gnome Tree and by heading east, there is a residential district named Kiarbis, a resort for nobles with a long history that even existed 150 years ago.[11]

Ravigion, District 7 - 13[]

Districts 7-13 are Ravigion. Occupying the largest area, about 70% of the total population resides in this city. The common feature is that a Dimension Square, where the portal opens every month, exists in each district.[12]

A region where Bjorn Yandel's lodging is located.[13]

Bifron, District 14

District 14 is Bifron. Unlike Gnome Tree in District 6, which is classified as a special district from the time the city was designed, this district is a very different case. Originally, it belonged to Ravigion, but now it is designated as a prohibited area where even the Dimension Square have disappeared.[14]

Bifron, also nicknamed "The prison", has a different atmosphere from the other normal district cities. There are old buildings in states of disrepair and demolished, an outer wall covered in filth stains and graffiti. The streets where waste materials are piled up haphazardly aren't much different .If District 7 is abandoned for a hundred years, it might resemble to soomething similar.[15]

The Magic Tower[]

The magic tower is a high-rise building that stands taller than the castle walls. When the palace approved of the construction of the building, they demanded no windows be made. The reason on paper was that the magic tower could not overlook the royal palace.[16]

TAX[]

From the age of 20, all city dwellers are required to pay taxes, and failure to pay taxes is punishable by death.[17]

The fairies dispatches farming specialists, those who learned elemental spirit magic to Gnome Tree and receives huge amounts of support money. The huge supply of goods from Gnome Tree is also the reason why they can offer interest-free tax loans to their tribe members for a duration of three years.[18]

The dwarves are recognized for their unique building skills and metallurgy and signed a formal contract with the palace. The windmills and waterwheels which can be seen in Gnome Tree are all probably made and managed by them.[19]

Beast people are active in the livestock industry. Not only do they have a natural communion with animals, but there is a Spirit Beast among the special ability types that increases the growth and reproduction of livestock.[20]

The other races are all working class, but the dragon people are a little different, they land-owners nobles.[21]

Moreover, thousands of years ago, the dragon tribe made a big contribution in the war and because of this, they don't pay taxes.[22]

The tax loan policies are established everywhere except for barbarians and humans.
