Regal Vagos(리갈 바고스) is a major antagonist in Surviving the Game as a Barbarian. He is also known as the Dragon Slayer and a member of Orcules.
Appearance[]
Regal Vargos is a dragonman with a muscular built, one of his horns cut off and a prominent burn over its left eye.
He has silver, spiky hair, and appears to have heterochromia: the right one has a white schlera with a golden iris and the left one has a black schlera with an iris of purple. He wears a completely black armor with a red brooch on his left shoulder, as well as a black cape with a hood to hide his face.
His body is covered in burns. [1]

History[]
The dragon slayer, Regal Vagos, was one of the dragon tribe, cursed by a dragon after killing the clan's elder dragon chief. Vagos disappeared after the incident, but about 10 years ago, started his activities as a member of Orcules by terrorizing the holy land of the fairies all alone. [2]
Abilities[]
His main weapon is an ark longsword nicknamed the Dragon Slayer Sword which can only be used by dragonkin and dragon people, originally owned by a primordial dragon that was killed by Regal Vagos. As a 6th grade material, the Dragon Slayer Sword can cut through lesser materials without effort. Additionally, Arc metal can disperse magic on contact, allowing Vagos to cut through magic with his sword.
It is said that he has a total of six confirmed essences: three rank 5, two rank 4, and one rank 3. [3] The first essence he shows is a rank 4 Essence of the Lava Giant. With it, he activates the [Furnace] ability, which temporarily gives him immunity to fire and cold damage as well as significantly increasing his physical stats for the duration. The second essence he uses during his fight with team Halfwit is another rank 4 essence, [Dark Veil]. This ability summons a powerful dark translucent shield that protects him from harm, both physical and magical, though strong enough attacks, like the rank 3 Ogre's Essence [Swing] can destroy it when utilized by an individual with equal stats to himself.
The next essences he displays are two 5th ranked essences, [Advanced Acceleration] and [After Image], which he can use simultaneously. When used in this manner, even with his stats diminished by the 'Guardian of Balance' effect as well as the level 9 Slowness curse, they instantly doubled his agility stats. The fifth Essence he has is the special ability of the rank 4 monster Nightmare's special ability, [Fear Imprint]. With this, he temporarily instills a strong sense of fear in his enemy, and that fear is converted into physical stats for him.
The final essence Regal Vagos utilizes during his fight with Team Halfwit is a rank 3 offensive Aura called [Holy Blade]. With it, Vagos's sword is enveloped in white light and was able to slice through Bjorn's hardened bones enhanced by his [Iron Skin] and [Path of the Heroes] skills.
In total, Regal Vagos possesses nine essences as a top rank Explorer that reached the ninth floor of the labyrinth.
[Naundez Aunzo], "Silence of the Soul". This Dragon Speech drains half of his targets maximum Soul Power, Because of the primordial dragon's curse, Vagos himself takes damage whenever he uses Dragon Speech and it causes his Arksteel longsword to violently reject him, burning his hand whenever he holds it. If he tries to do so in spite of the rebound, it is possible for him to do so, but he risks losing the use of that arm.
